The CTCA Web Site and Social Media will showcase our players, coaches and teams with positive press and recognition. Our plan is to issue weekly press releases about upcoming arch rival matches, team and player weekly rankings by UTR, results of big matches, dates and times of high school team tournaments with follow up results and special interest stories on great players and coaches. We hope to make California high school tennis so important that all of our state’s best players will want to play on a high school tennis team.

For those good enough to play college tennis but don’t play many USTA events, College Coaches will now know about them. The CTCA website and press releases will promote our best players out of the 30,000 varsity players in our state, good enough to play college tennis but go unnoticed to college coaches. With results, stories on athletes and weekly rankings sent to the media, posted on our web site and social media, we can get our graduates in colleges all over the country. The chance to play college tennis, get a scholarship and get a degree will improve for our deserving players.

The CTCA will help get the best players in your district to play high school tennis, helping your team and players get exposure for bigger crowds, recognition, better and easier fundraising and helping our coaches of every experience to get better and more successful.

The CTCA is and will positively affect 1,000 high schools with tennis teams, 1,500 coaches (Varsity, JV and Frosh/Soph) and the 30,000 varsity and 15,000 JV and/or Frosh/Soph players.

The CTCA has been in existence six years and we have already won an Award from the SCTA for our work promoting a girls high school state wide event similar to the boys Ojai Championships. Up until three years ago, HS girls had no event of this stature to compete in.
